GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTRACTUAL PARTIES
The business company GF Hospitality s.r.o., registered office: Jáchymova 26/2, 110 00 Prague 1 – Staré Město, Company Reg. No.: 238 55 568, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 434049
(hereinafter referred to as the “Aparthotel”)
Client – a natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Client”)
These Terms apply generally to all guests and agencies with whom no individual written agreement for the provision of services has been concluded.
RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES
Reservations for accommodation and other services at the Aparthotel, as well as confirmation of such reservations by the Aparthotel, may be made in writing, i.e., by e-mail, by telephone, or in person.
A reservation is considered valid and binding once the Aparthotel confirms the reservation in writing to the guest, or when an automatic confirmation is generated by the respective online reservation system.
Unless stated otherwise in the reservation confirmation, the reservation is completed by providing credit card details or by paying a deposit in the amount of the ordered accommodation and services. Individual terms may apply.
If the Aparthotel or the guest fails to meet the conditions stated above, the Aparthotel is not obliged to provide the accommodation or services.
The details stated in the reservation confirmation are binding for both parties.
PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
The price is stated per apartment per night. Accommodation prices include VAT of 12% and the city tax, which is already included in the accommodation price. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation may only be made in writing, i.e., by e-mail. The specific method of cancellation is determined by the reservation system used when making the booking.
For reservations made through external providers (e.g., booking.com), the cancellation must also be carried out through the respective provider, in the manner required by the provider and under the terms applicable to that reservation.
A change of reservation (moving reserved services to another date) is considered a cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to the same terms.
Accommodation may be paid for in cash (CZK, EUR) or by credit/debit card. Card payments are processed in CZK. The Aparthotel accepts VISA, EC, Maestro, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club cards.
The Aparthotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card up to the full amount of the stay.
The Aparthotel reserves the right to request a credit or debit card and to pre-authorise an appropriate amount to cover potential damages.
For non-refundable reservations, the full stay is charged on the day the reservation is made.
For reservations with flexible cancellation terms, the guest may cancel the reservation at least 24 hours before arrival, i.e., until 23:59 of the day preceding the first night of the reserved stay.
In the event of no-show, the reservation is cancelled and the Aparthotel is entitled to charge the cost of one night, unless otherwise stated.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
The guest has the right to use the reserved premises and their equipment, as well as the facilities of shared areas.
The guest is liable for any damages caused during the stay and shall reimburse repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning costs. The amount of compensation is determined by the Aparthotel.
The guest is obliged to report any defects during the stay so that corrective action can be taken.
The guest is obliged to settle all charges related to the stay no later than on the departure date, unless agreed otherwise. In case of non-payment, the Aparthotel may charge the owed amount to the guest’s credit card.
The guest may withdraw from the contract under the cancellation terms or if the Aparthotel fails to provide the agreed services.

Check-out: by 10:00
(Individual arrangements are possible.)
The Aparthotel is strictly non-smoking. Violation of the smoking ban is subject to a 100 EUR penalty. Smoking is only permitted in a designated area in front of the building.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Serious violations may be sanctioned or handled by the police.
Dogs may be accommodated upon prior confirmation from the Aparthotel; fee: 200 CZK.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The accommodated guest is entitled to submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute to:

In accordance with Section 1837 (j) of the Czech Civil Code, there is no right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the services are provided on a specified date.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE APARTHOTEL
The Aparthotel is obliged to provide the guest with accommodation according to the confirmed reservation and corresponding standard.
If the Aparthotel is unable to provide the confirmed reservation, it must arrange adequate alternative accommodation for the guest.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are valid from 1 December 2025, and the Aparthotel reserves the right to amend them. The guest is obliged to comply with the currently valid Terms.
The Aparthotel collects personal data of the guest only for the period strictly necessary for the provision of services and does not provide such data to other parties except where required by law or contractual partners in accordance with the GDPR.
